The 1999 Steel Challenge will be held August 20-22, 1999 at the International Shootists Institute in Piru, CA.  The match is scheduled one day less than normal, which means there will be fewer slots available.  Do not delay in sending in your paid applications as all slots are expected to be filled. 

Match fees for applications postmarked prior to August 1 are $245.  Fees for applications postmarked after August 1 are $275.  Team application (three member open team aggregate scoring) is $25.

There will be over $50,000 in cash awards and $100,000 of great prizes.  All shooters go home with awards by "pick of the table" format.  Special Divisions and Categories are available for Open, Limited, IDPA, Revolver, Women, Juniors, Pre-teen, Law Enforcement, Single Action Open, Single Action Women, Senior, Super Senior, and a Three Member Team Aggregate.  Additionally, there will be our large Sponsor & Gun Show tent, raffles and a drawing for a gun for all competitors.  TNN will once again be filming for the American Shooter program.
